Position Overview:

A privately held, multi-entity group of companies, operating in the western part of the United States and Canada, is currently searching for a take-charge Corporate Controller. Given our continuous rapid growth rate over the last eight years, we find it necessary to identify someone capable of supervising our accounting staff while overseeing multiple divisions and financial functions.

The right candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Preparation of the monthly and annual GAAP financials
  • Complex reconciliations
  • Overseeing payroll, A/R, A/P, inventory, asset management and job costing
  • Supervising, mentoring and training new hires and existing staff

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of public accounting experience
  • Three to five years experience in private accounting – preferable in industrial or construction based
  • Four-year degree in Accounting, CPA degree from a designation preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
